If your business has not had a test completed on your system to analyse the strength of your aerial signal you may find that a number of your tv points or in some cases all points will not deliver signal sufficient to run all the Freeveiw channels and services.
In some cases you may need to only change the Aerial, in others all new equipment may be needed. Without using the correct specialist testing equipment there is no real way to tell.
